Shipping policy

The Company may use third-party delivery companies to deliver the Products to you. The risk of loss and title for Products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Unless otherwise indicated at the time of your purchase, shipping and handling fees are included with your order. Shipping dates and/or arrival times are estimates. If something is missing or damaged from your package or you received the wrong product, please contact us at help@petfriendlybox.com and we may, in our sole discretion, issue a credit to your Account or provide a replacement product. For loss/damage/incorrect Product claims, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of the date of your purchase.
